Order 3 sets and of the 6 chairs, 2 have small tears. We need the chairs for this weekend so sending them back right away isnt an option. I am hoping after I contact the company that they will replace the two.
They are just what I was looking for so I would buy again, depending on how the customer service ends up being regarding the two damaged one.
We love the lounge chairs and table!! Very Comfortable!! The first was not too easy to put together but the second was much easier once you learned tricks to putting together. Customer service was Wonderful to deal with we had missing parts on wheels No problem all fixed now !!
Unfortunately, I had an manufacturing issue but it was handled professionally and very timely! The company responded to all emails and were pleasant to deal with. This means a lot. We were able to enjoy these chairs! Very Comfortable and sturdy . Assembly can take some time for the first one and then goes a lot quicker. Some shade good music can help with the assembly. Will definitely look for more products.
These are pricy in comparison to other chairs; however, they are worth the money. The fabric/cushion makes these chairs very comfortable and also easy to clean. Assembling was easy with two people but I imagine would be challenging if it was only one person. Overall, we would buy again.
Chairs are great! Sturdy and comfortable. Once you decipher the instructions, assembly is a breeze! Only reason for the 4 star review was the lack of the simple labeling that could have been provided. I labeled my instructions to hopefully help someone in the future.

The package came missing the bolts and wheels but customer service was easy to contact and sent ASAP. The height of these chairs is perfect! Waiting for restock of the color and will be buying another set! Assembly is fast and easy
