Between a mix up with direct as well as to get the matter fixed, I finally received the hardware plus 2 more lounges directly from! They were more than helpful and hand walked me through the entire process from shipping in Cali to TN.
A+! I will purchase more from you! BTW: the chaise lounges were perfect, comfortable, easy to put together and high end material workmanship. Trust anything you get from there and if its not right, They will make it right!
There was a problem with my delivery. All hardware was missing from the packaging. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this product and company.
These chairs are awesome in look and comfort! The build in cushion is perfect and dries very fast! We had one piece missing and they sent the replacement within a week!
Really Nice chairs, comfortable, but super light weight. These will get blown around if you get a lot of wind. One tip with assembly, after one side is completed screw the cross bars onto the other side frame before screwing the frame to the seat/seat back. The weight is my only worry, otherwise these feel like resort chairs
These chairs are great. The water drains nicely from them if it rains. Super comfortable. Very stylish. And the product support was great! We were missing a few of the parts and they got them pronto! Going to have a great summer.
Padded, lightweight, sturdy, aluminum, whats not to like? The only thing that I found a bit uncomfortable was the small gap between the adjustable back of the chaise the long flat part. But Ive had several back surgeries so I doubt if others would be as sensitive to this as I am.
Pro - Easy to put together.
Con - Not level, all four are wobbly until one sits in them. Each box/bag was missing some parts.
Overall - Id pass for the money.

The box was open and I need hardware for the other chair.
I like the chair. Hard for one person so assemble. Some hardware was missing.

Easy to move around and love that there are no cushions to worry about when it rains. So far so good.
