One of the parts came damaged, the box was damaged too. I contacted the customer service and hope they get back to me soon. Its a sturdy bed. My husband is a very handy guy but it still took 1 hour and half to finish the bed. Make sure you inspect every parts (there are many in one box!) It is beautiful and functional.
Very wonderful product. I love the space is saves and how sturdy the build comes out. Only issue i has was with shipping. Received a few broken pieces and it took about a week for me to get the replacement parts. Not very convenient when you already had taken the little ones beds out Overall, great value for the price.
Great bed, my 4yo loves his bed. I do need to tighten it occasionally. Only reason for 4 stars is one of the pieces was a bit dented but I was able to hide it against the wall. This product was just what I needed
I would not recommend this bed. I bought this bed for my 2 4 year old last year. The bed is no longer useable. The wood pieces under the mattress break very easily. It was also a pain to put together. The end pieces for the head and foot board kept falling out. It is a beautiful bed but do not expect it to last especially if you have active children. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Wow! So valuable! All the five star reviews are absolutely worthy! My sister and I put this together in about two hours, we had a mishap with the footboard and not realizing that we shouldve arranged it with the four tiny holes/for the support beam/a certain way, simply our mistake! So that caused us some time rearranging. Otherwise it went pretty smoothly! I do wish the bolts and screws were marked but by process of elimination we figured that out! It really went together fairly easy and quick! I was a little nervous bc previous post said 4/6hrs. I am 56 and the bed stands to about my chest. My 4 almost 2yr old love it, she climbs the ladder easily. Its perfect for them. You can also choose what side you want the ladder on, I really liked that! Definitely recommend! Satisfy my aesthetic
My husband could not stop raving about how well made this bunk bed is. The finish is absolutely stunning and its sturdy as they get. My kids love love love their new bed.
