The mattress is really good quality, was highly approved by a guest who used to be in furniture sales, and is comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. Excellent customer service: the company responded within 30 minutes to a question I emailed them. Highly recommend.
We order one of these a couple of years ago and struglled with getting it put together. Not so with this order. The instructions have been re-done and it was a much cleaner and quicker assembly.
It was easy to set up. Looks sharp except that the mattress doesnt fully go the full length of the futon. Its about 4 inches short. If I position it in the middle of the frame, its not bad. It is pretty comfortable though and seems sturdy.

The instructions are clear, though. Just pay attention to all the little notes and things work out smoothly. The wood used to build the frame looks very nice. The next day I asked about the mattress ETA; the vendor answered very promptly with the tracking information. Once we got the mattress, we laid it flat on the futon for a little more than 24 hours. It is firm but comfy, and it smells like a mountain cabin! I liked everything about this purchase: the frame, the mattress, and the communication with the seller.

Well built, all items were there, instructions were clear and package arrived with no damage to contents. No tracking number sent to us for mattress even after I asked for one. Mattress arrived the next day.
I received this product in a timely manner which helped. Also, the installation directions seemed a bit intimidating, but once the pieces were unpact, it was easy to assemble. The Futon is made of solid wood and the mattress is comfortable as posted in other comments (BTW, the pillows were not included).
Note: 1 person can assemble this unit, but to speed things up, I would recommend help.
