Its a lot of pieces and will take some time but its definitely worth it! Customer Service was great , I reached out with a part that was not in the set and they sent out an additional box to allow me to finish!
One of the boxes was delivered by partially opened. I notified the seller and they were very helpful and immediate. No damages to the package found when I began assembling.
I am short by 1 bolt but this could be from me losing it somewhere in the room. Otherwise customer service was perfect and the instructions were easy to follow. Built in 2 hours using a drill.
I love this bed! It is exactly what I expected and Ive that the instructions show different ways to put it together depending on how you want the slide set up. Great buy!
