Easily doubled the usable room I had for my bed area. Love. It. Took a little to assemble, but was 100 a 1 person task of you gotta do it alone (with a little imaginative ingenuity).
I like this bed but When the bed arrived at my home, I checked the pieces and It was not complete but when I call for a refund I could because I did not have the box that the bed came into.
Great bed! A pain in the butt to put together! (Its definitely a 2 person job and easy directions to follow.) My teenager loves it. Picture is with an 8 inch mattress and I could easily fit a craft desk under the bed. The ladder is not hard on the feet as I saw in other reviews.
Considering that I paid 300 for this item Im extremely disappointed in the quality. Moved everything out of my room and made sure Id have time to put it together before a late night class just to end up in the middle of assembly with a screw not working due the part lacking a welded thread. Tried to order a replacement part just to have an error message saying the IM number of my product is invalid? Now not only do I have to lose sleep disassembling and putting all the heavy pieces back into the box so I wont have to sleep on the floor but also have to wait probably another week+ for a replacement part once Im able to get into contact with the company.
My daughter loves this bed. Its perfect for a 9 year/old. The desk space underneath is great for her projects like building robots. The bed is sturdy and only took about an hour to assemble.

The neg: many scratches in several different spots. I took pic of one. I wont return primarily because I believe it was from shipping; therefore, it would occur again. We got the and they arent that noticeable.
FYI: it is unbelievably heavy in the box!!!!

Have had this for a while now. My 10 year old wanted it instead of the bunkbed we had for years. Fits two small futon chairs under it. We had read the reviews about the railing hurting feet going up and down so I had gone to the hardware store and purchased pipe covering stuff with the preslit in it (is it pipe insulation maybe?) anyway ended up cutting it to size for each railing and then zip tying it at the edges so plenty of room for his feet to go up and down. Feels very sturdy / we did not attach to the wall. He weighs about 110 and I weigh 140ish and it held fine with no worries. Its kinda a pain to change sheets every day if you do that but he changes them (something that I required before the investment / made him climb up and change the top bunk sheets as practice). I would recommend, and so would he! Great price and somewhat durable.

Study Bed for child
