Very comfortable. Very easy to put together. Definitely more of a futon than a sofa. Sits lower to the ground than compared to their pictures. Color is as expected, love my olive green. It is ideal for small spaces, easy to assemble. the only bad thing is that the backrest is super small, very short. It arrives in two boxes. It arrived on different days but it arrived much earlier than expected.
Ive had a recliner couch in the past but I didnt want that. Its firm but comfortable. I like sitting and laying on it. I wish I had a rest for my neck and head but I make it work. I think its appropriate for smaller living spaces.
I set it up by myself without much issue. The couch itself is a little stiff but it works fine and I have no issues taking naps on it. My sister has slept on it overnight a few times without issues. Were both young so maybe if youre older or have back issues it might not be so nice. There was a latching issue in making it lay down.
To fix this I use my chest/shoulders to push the back forward, use my fingers to push the latch up and slowly lower the back to about 45 degrees and then itll lay down no issues. Just make sure youre pressing on the supporting latch and not the small little clips
This futon was purchased for my daughters bedroom. It came with a slice in the fabric on the back. Unfortunately this futon is in the middle of her bedroom not against a wall and therefor the defect would have been visible. I contacted their customer support and they were surprisingly outstanding. They answered every message same day and we spoke back and forth until we found a suitable resolution. The futon itself is super comfortable!!! And the teal color is gorgeous! She wanted to have this in her room for when friends sleepover. After her first sleepover with it I asked her friend (17 years old) if it were comfortable for sleeping and she said it was super comfortable. Very happy with this purchase.
I was originally sent two of the same side of the couch which could not fit together / I emailed and they sent me a replacement half very quickly. After that, assembly was straightforward. It does sit lower to the ground than most couches. Its comfortable to sit on, less so as a bed. I love the green color. Seems sturdy. Overall a good value.

Nice couch, uncomfortable bed
I bought the item to use as a couch and a bed. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable.I am so disappointed.
