Customer services laughs when its lost and one half of gets sent to your old address because its so late and the other half ends up at the FedEx store for you to go pickup. But they will offer you 20 here and 10 there to take the pain away of sitting on your floor for a month instead of a couch.
Its a bit smaller than i expected, and due to world events it took nearly a month to get delivered this couch bed is comfortable, definitely not for anyone over 6 but its great style and soft texture is a huge plus. It was incredibly easy to assemble and can hold mine and my boyfriends weight (315lbs combined) with ease, all in all it was a great purchase!
I wouldve given it 5 stars if it wasnt because it took a week longer than expected time to receive it. The sofa looks just like on the pictures. I got the royal blue. Very nice and sturdy sofa. It came w a small screwer. I think a bigger one couldve been better for that type of assembly. Its comfortable to sit or lie on. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I needed a sleeper for a small bedroom. This was easy to assemble and looks very nice. The one drawback is that it sits to low on the floor. I am looking for furniture lifts that will increase the height a minimum of 3 inches
