My kids love this trampoline. Its huge and can handle a lot of rough housing, so its not an inferior product to the more expensive products. Input it together with a twelve and 9 year old with 0 problems. It did blow over in a storm and some parts bent. I contacted Heather at the mfr and she sent new parts immediately. Heathers customer service was phenomenal, super detailed and easy. Great customer service
While you might spend a little more money for this unit it is definitely worth it! The size is great and there is so much spring to it. Our kids (and us) love jumping on it. Recently we had a storm come through and needed to replace a couple of parts. Heather was able to help me figure out which ones we needed and was always so quick to respond. Bottom line is you can find a cheaper trampoline but it wont be worth it in the long run!
First, i purchased this trampoline as it had a good weight rating compared to others, and with teenage kids i wouldnt them to be able have more than 1 person at a time. Plus, wife or I may want to jump some too. The trampoline has been very sturdy and easy to assemble, can even do it alone.
Also, I did need to contact customer service recently and worked with Lan. Definitely 5 stars on the company, especially Lan. They were quick to respond and helped me with replacing a part that was damaged by an act of god quickly and easily

Very sturdy trampoline, it was fairly easy to assemble by myself and would have been even easier with another person. The directions were clear and the parts were packaged and labeled well. All of the pieces fit together nicely and they even included gloves and the tools needed for assembly. My 8 and 5 year old kids love jumping and with the 375lb weight limit I can jump with them. Very pleased with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to buy one.

Easy set up
Just make sure you have a rubber mallet on hand. It makes the assembly 1000x easier.

Paid $101 to have it assembled. I took them 1 1/2 hours to complete.
Kids seem to love it. It came missing the screws and bolts to hold the ladder on. Waiting for them to arrive.
