Lot to assemble. Bought for my grandkids exposed wood looks unfinished because its not painted gray. Pointed corner grandchild already hurt from pointed edges . Wood planks also exposed . Bottom storage drawer hard to pull in and out .. less than I expected. Would not purchase again. They could have made a better quality bed, just a few tweaks could have made for better experience.
Tried to explain bad parts on your survey and it sucks, only can type what you want typed… bad business … Im canceling my subscription
I love this bunk bed. I bought it because me and my 7 y.o. daughter live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I wanted her to have her own bed. Well, It was super hard to put together. The directions are horrible and there are no youtube videos so it took a few times taking it apart and reassembling to put in parts that I missed. I ended up paying someone to finish it. But I love it. Its sturdy, has good storage and looks Beautiful in our bedroom!
So I had been eyeing this bed for months before purchasing. My 9 yr old son and toddler share a room and this helps with maximizing the space. The quality seems very sturdy. I got up on the top bunk and im about 210lbs and it held me up just fine... same with the bottom bunk. I love the little cabinets and storage space.. great for maximizing the space as well. I dont have any complaints. however I did not even attempt to put this thing together myself. I hired a guy who does assembly projects as a side gig. It did take him about 4 hours ..
A part was damaged during shipping and its been a week now waiting on this piece. Also put the drawer together and its a piece of crap, doesnt hold anything, bottom is flimsy and not usable. They Offered me a $50 refund for the broken part but reneged when I asked for the broken piece to be sent, stating it would cut into their profit. I paid $1000 for this bed, Im so disappointed.

The bed took HOURS upon hours to assemble because one piece wasnt marked correctly.

It has taken us DAYS to have time to put this monster of a bed together.
Expected a better quality for this value!
This bunk bed fit well in the room. Just as advertised. We had requested expert assembly as well and it took some time.
