Great customer service and very easy to assemble. Even though a piece of my rayan was sliced, I threw in a piece of gorilla tape and kept them. They responded quickly to my concerns.
These patio lounge chairs are easy to put together. The cushion is soft and comfortable to sit and lay on. It comes in 2 chairs. The length, height and width of it are at the right level for someone like me who is 5'11. The material of the chairs is okay which allows them to be in the patio under the sun without getting damages. It is sturdy enough to support multiple people sitting on it at the same time which I would not recommend to avoid injury or damages. I also recommend to read the instructions before assembling it as it gets little tricky for someone not handy.
It surprises me to see the 5 star reviews. This chair is poor quality. The screw holes didn't match up and had to be forced into place. The screw holes for putting together a chair should have a shaft the entire way through the frame. These are only through the thin frame. I don't expect these will last more then a year, if that. There is a few spots where the paint/powder coat (I doubt it) has runs. One came with the plastic gaurd missing from the bottom of the chair frame. One came with part of the wicker over the screw hole. The cusions are okay but they only tie in one spot so they a continuous blowing off the chair. This isn't value for the money. This is a $40 chair not a $200 chair. I'd return it but at this point they would owe me money for the time and labor putting it together. Pictures are on husbands phone so I will upload them later.
Chairs are very comfortable and feel fairly sturdy. Took over an hour to assemble one chair as the holes dont line up perfectly for the screws. It might have taken less time with multiple people helping.
I love the look of these chairs, but they are both full of rust after only 1 month outside. The rusty water comes out of the arms and it got all over my patio and ruined my outdoor rug
These chairs were sturdy and easy to put together, especially considering the price for two. Service was great because one chair had one broken weave and the company immediately sent out another chair and only needed a photo of the issue. I did not have to box up and send back the chair. I am pleased with this purchase and customer service. I ordered chairs that were not too heavy for me to move around.
My backyard feels like a resort with these lounge chairs. They look great, are very comfortable, and fairly easy to assemble, (tip- do not tighten the nuts until all of them are screwed in place). The cushion that comes with the lounge chair is a neutral color and thick enough to make lounging comfortable, the wicker looks really nice, I am almost 6' and another person 6' 3 and they are plenty long and steady when getting up and down. I am very pleased and bought the 15' umbrella for shade. The backyard looks better and now provides a relaxing get away just outside the door. Unfortunately the dogs realized the lounge chairs are comfortable too. so there s some competition.

These look super nice in person. Easy to put together, sturdy, and cushion is nice color and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I love the look of these chairs, but they are both full of rust after only 1 month outside. The rusty water comes out of the arms and it got all over my patio and ruined my outdoor rug
