Fairly easy to put together with two people, definitely need power tools and not just the little wrench they send. Ours came missing a slat for the top bunk though Love this product. No issues.
I love the bed, its really beautiful! I got the gray color. The only issue I have with the bed is all of the paint chipping. I noticed the chipping the next morning after my kids slept in their beds. And no they do not jump or play on them. Best deal for a very nice
I have two young boys who begged me for a bunk bed. I wanted one with a full size on the bottom because they are just young enough that I need to lay by them every once in a while.
I wouldnt say its the sturdiest bed Ive seen but for the price its great.
I love the fact that I can take down the top bunk and make it two separate beds. I love to switch up the rooms every once in a while so its fun I have the option.

Ive assembled a fair amount of furniture over the years. This one required only a screwdriver and a hex tool (provided) but I did use a power screwdriver (be careful not to over tighten). It took me only 2 hours to put this together by myself (you will need a second person to lift and place the top bed)
It ships in a surprisingly small box and arrived undamaged. The instructions were clear but take your time to observe the position of the parts as you put this together.
All and all this was a good value for the money. This one was perfect
I was looking for bunk beds for my 3 year old and 11 year old daughters to save space in their small room. I was nervous about all the reviews but trusted everyone when they said customer service is great if you have a problem. I thought after those reviews it would get 90 done and Id have to order more parts. Maybe I just got lucky, or because its a new year they fixed their issues, but the box actually had instructions, each piece was labeled, and there was only one crack in a piece that wasnt effecting structure that was wood glued. I had my boyfriend and another guy friend build it in 2hrs. They had no issues getting it together. I tested it out myself and trust it completely. The top bunk is secured to the bottom bunk (a lot of reviews said it just sat on top with no hardware attached), I didnt need a bunkie board or anything. I 100 recommend. Great product for the price
It looks great and I love that it can double as a bunk bed and 2 singles! It was scratched when we got it, but we were able to hide it. I searched all over for a bed and this was the best In our price range. All in all, very happy! love love it
