The 2 packages of this sofa came quickly which was great and as a replacement for a playroom sofa it will do the job. The only con is that the 2 halves of the couch are connected by central legs that both connect and support the couch. They are made of plastic so when you try to move it after assembly the whole thing bows. With that being said once it is in place, it feels remarkably sturdy. I would recommend assembling in place to avoid putting extra stress on the central legs. Its reasonably comfortable and my 10 year old loves the flexibility of the sleeper sofa so were definitely keeping it.

My daughter was able to bring this into her apartment on the second floor herself without an elevator. Comes in two boxes. She was able to install it assemble it herself as well. Looks great.
loved the color 2. because when I pushed the 360 button, it showed the back in the same fabric as the front. WRONG/ the back is a cheaper black fabric. I bought this based on the information you supplied,. and am very disappointed. This futon is free standing in my room, not against a wall. My purchase was based upon the pictured, finished back.
Okay so i purchased this couch for my new apartment and when it arrived, it was incredibly simple to assemble, however there was 1 bolt missing to completely assemble. I contacted the company and within no time they replied and told me theyd sent me a new bolt. There was a also a very VERY slight tear in the fabric and they said theyd honor a 20 refund!!
Im very satisfied with not only the customer service, but the couch (futon) itself, the look, the price, and the comfortability!
