Now I was surprised at the secret zipper in the back. So cool. I know my son will love that. My husband and I are not little people and that bed didnt move! It is very sturdy if you actually tighten the screws and bolts. Directions are super simple. You will need a small drill or powerful electric screwdriver to properly secure the slats. Directions are simple and I did it myself in about 45 minutes. The color was dark gray just as expected. Does it smell?? Well yes a little but it was made in a factory and shipped in layers of plastic, styrofoam and cardboard, last I checked those are not odorless. Spray it with febreze and let it air out. It has been 2 days and the smell is almost gone and I spray it 3 times a day all around and sprayed inside the headboard before I closed it up. Not rocket science. So in conclusion, great value, sturdy, easy to assemble and as described.
And FYI I am super picky about things but also know price equals quality. This one surprised me.
Works great.I purchased a King bed frame after shopping around and I love this bed set! Compared to big retail stores, this bed set is a simple, clean and affordable.
I love how the bed frame is shipped and it was very easy to assemble. Putting the bed together wasnt hard and I was able to do it by myself. I followed the instructions and was done within an hour. It seems very study and a pretty great deal in my opinion.
Just as seen in the picture!!!️️️I got this for a guest room and it is great, definitely looks more expensive than it was. Assembled by myself without any issues. Watch out for the support legs when making the bed, your toes will thank you

Easy assembly but there was a bad bolt, no head just a stud.strange and I had to drill a hole for a bolt to go through in a support. Thats ok, very impressed with package. Made the trip from Malaysia and from PA to VA in the back of a short bed pickup leaning on the tailgate. No issuesa 6.5hr drive.

Someone had mentioned in the previous reviews that there was a smell. There is a slight warehouse smell but that lasted for maybe a few days.

I was very impressed with the customer service in particular. A few months after purchase my son was horsing around and ended up breaking one of the plastic feet. I sent an email to their Customer Service and within a couple hours they had already mailed out a replacement. They didnt even charge me for it which they could have because it was our fault. Wonderful servicethanks!
