Very good quality and met all my expectations. I chose to hang with two chains instead of using additional rope to the mount; mostly to eliminate any stretch factor. Chain was inexpensive at the hardware store; I also bought Quick Links so I could easily adjust height too. Im really happy with this purchase.
I purchased 2 of these. One came and was just as described. The second one was manufactured incorrectly, with the ropes blocking the front of the chair preventing anyone from sitting in it. They accepted the return, however I had to repackage and mail it back in, which I found a waste of my time. They did not offer a discount or accommodation for sending a defective product.
I adore this swing. I bought it for my 8 yo daughter. It is very feminine and fits her room perfectly. She loves to sit in it while reading or doing school work. Its large enough that it allows her to curl up or sit crisscross.

Perfect for girls room
