I purchased 2 of these. One came and was just as described. The second one was manufactured incorrectly, with the ropes blocking the front of the chair preventing anyone from sitting in it. They accepted the return, however I had to repackage and mail it back in, which I found a waste of my time. They did not offer a discount or accommodation for sending a defective product.
