Pleasantly surprised with online furniture purchase. I wanted to get a long entertainment center but not spend a lot of money. It says that it is a two person job. You can do it with just one but it takes longer, of course. Not too hard to put together. Just heavy. Seems pretty sturdy. I like that the only tool I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver.
The box when delivered was cumbersome and difficult to haul. So we pretty much unboxed the pieces in the basement and hauled them upstairs. Assembly was a cinch! So glad we got this for our dining room
I had a confusing issue with this order. Supposedly I did not receive a email about the tv stand and fireplace being delivered in separate packaging and 2 different tracking numbers. I only received the tv stand and did not know that the fireplace was arriving separate. I was confused and reached out to the seller and the person explained to me that the fireplace gets delivered in a separate package and gave me the tracking number for the fireplace which I actually received the following day! Customer service was extremely helpful and understanding to my confusion. Now that I have the fireplace put together with the tv stand, this product is very beautiful and fits perfectly in my living room! The fireplace 3D effect is so awesome and makes me feel like I live in cabin! Very calming! Its a must buy!

Customer service was very amazing, understanding and fast response. Due to my delivery issue they refunded me some money for the inconvenience which was very appreciated! I’m very happy with their service for helping me and very happy with my final tv fireplace stand product, therefore I am updating my review from 3 stars to now 5 stars! Thank you again!
WOW!!!!!! Best piece of furniture I have ever purchased.Heavy box on arrival but pieces are easy to handle. Quality of the materials seems much better than items I have paid twice as much for. Literally no tools required to assemble took about 20 mins with an extra set of hands to hold things. The design of assembly is brilliant. Great price, easy assembly looks exactly as we were searching for. I hope I can locate other pieces to match like end tables.

Easy to assemble. Recommends two persons, but I was able to to it by myself. No broken or missing pieces. Worth the money.
