Really great bed, easy to do your own thing and make it match any theme. Painted, added new fabric, and used printed images on foam board to make hogwarts express for Harry Potter theme.

Love this bed!! 57 year old grandma started it, my 80 yr old mother helped and my husband finished putting the roof on. Took us all day but had to stop because we had a 2 yr old needing lunch, nap, etc. Very sturdy !!! A little bit of room at the one end of the twin mattress, but I put a bunch of smushables. Kids absolutely love it!!
Very sturdy, super cute. Didn't like the colors offered, so I painted the window panels light blue and added window curtains to the top front bar instead of the striped tent. I also plan to add soft white fairy lights to the interior as my little one is still afraid of the dark. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome!
Everything fit perfectly and now goes with the color theme of my daughter's room. She absolutely loves her new house and big girl bed. She's 3, and it's the perfect height for her to climb into and I love that it has so many rails and sides to make her feel secure. I end up blocking the door with a body pillow at night so she doesn't accidentally fall out, but so she can safely climb over it or move it to get out when she wakes up.
It is a chore to put together by yourself, or rather takes a long time. Instructions were clear and all parts clearly labeled. I'd recommend a second person to help with assembly, as it took me almost 2 hours to build on my own. Also, shipping was really quick(arrived a day or two early) and was packaged very securely, no scratches or bent metal. I used an 8 Linen Spa soft plush top mattress with it. Any thicker mattress will render the side rails useless. If your kid is little, I recommend the 8 mattress, so you can still have access to the use of the side rails.
Easy to assemble with two people. Very sturdy. My husband climbs in with his kids daily. The only thing I would change would be the ladder. It would be nice if it were two steps or leaned away from the bed a bit. I also think an XL mattress is required. We bought a twin and it leaves a large gap.

Took about 2 hours for assembly uses hex key that's enclosed. Needs 2 people for assembly. Box is flat the dimension of a twin mattress and extremely heavy over 100 pounds. Love this bed its good quality 4 year old daughter thrilled w it.
