Shipped ups ground across the country originating in california over the course of a week and box arrived in bad condition. luckily only one scratch and no dents. Took about 2 hours for assembly uses hex key that's enclosed. Needs 2 people for assembly. Box is flat the dimension of a twin mattress and extremely heavy over 100 pounds. Love this bed its good quality 4 year old daughter thrilled w it.
