I bought this bed for my 10yr old daughter. With me being a woman I assembled it by my self. I had everything Down to the last screw. Its an amazing bed and the directions were perfect and easy. I would definitely recommend this bed
The bed is not he same color as what I ordered but it will work. The stain used is a little darker an shinier than the description. I see this is a common issue.
This was an incredible score! There are some reviews that had my husband concerned about the rainforest - suggestions that the would was sourced from there. I looked it up and found this from their website:

We have this in our lift guest space and will be great for two people to crash. The trundle comes out completely so if your guests feel like “social distancing” if they want, lol, they can. We bought the inexpensive memory foam mattresses that were recommended and they are shockingly soft! Even the 7” one is great. Don’t listen to the reviews about fiberglass. Why in the world would anyone ever open up the mattress?…. I might get another of this for our son’s room for sleepovers and saving space. Get the Wowmax wedge back rest for added comfort too.
This works perfectly in my daughters room. the mattress we put on the trundle was a little too tall so we bought little leg extenders for the actual bed to bring it off the ground a little more and then the trundle was able to slide easily in and out. the extenders were only a few bucks at Mendards.
The color is great a nice grey and was easy to put together as long as you look at the directions.
This is a beautiful bed. Easy directions. Everything marked accordingly. The only thing is it says in the directions that only a screwdriver is required for assembly, however, the slates for both the bed base and the trundle do not have any predrilled holes. If it werent for having a power drill it would have been next to impossible to secure.
But all in all, great bed for the price!
I like this bed. I have the Scandinavian Oak and it is well constructed and the wood looks great. It is a great design for a guest stay while still being useful as a couch. The bottom bed just slips underneath the upper on wheels. Im now trying to find a twin bed slip cover to cover the mattress for the day to day couch set up.

Perfect for young child!
This trundle bed is perfect for a young child’s room! Easy to assemble and the trundle rolls easily to be tucked away.
