Everything went well as I requested .
First of all once you get past the extreme heaviness of the box and open it, youll see that its contents are packed extremely well. I was impressed right from that moment.
The directions are super clear and theres pictures too! It took my husband and I just under an hour to completely assemble the bed. I love that it came with 2 options for drawer handles depending on our preferences.
Overall the bed is really sturdy and well made. My son absolutely loves it. If I could add 1 recommendation it would be for the hardware (that is separated) to be labeled by item number but even still after careful review we were able to figure out the difference.

It was not thebedit was the professional What a JOKE!!! Installation! He cracked the headboard,chipped the drawers not only are all 4 outside doors incredibly hard to open let aline my 9 year old don- he broke one of them entirely! Its absolutely ridiculous!I cant rate the bedbecaudr the installer broke it in several places all while combining of arthritis and cursing from the other room.
Now that its assembled Im mostly happy with the product. The instructions arent clear what comes in which of 3 boxes so at times you need to look through them all for what you need. The support slats for mine were not all the same size of length and didnt sit in the channel properly. I secured mine in place with self tapping screws after I was done. Getting the slats into the channel required disassembly of the foot board and two supports once they were installed getting the footboard into position to reattach the supports required immense effort, I had to pull it into position with ratchet straps.
We got this for our 13 year old son who was sick of his bunkbed. It assembled relatively easily and seems to be very sturdy. Its now been several months and it seems like hell be able to use this through high school. We got a different model from the same company last year for our daughter and it is holding up great too!
Seems like a solid bed frame and drawers are a nice feature. The headboard is very thin though and this doesnt look as great. We used to have Zinus frame for much cheaper which looked better but it is not available in Cal King size

Modern unisex bed
Easy to assemble ,a little less than one hour modern look . It made the room look bigger . Great Seller Customer Service!

Great Bed Made of Real Wood!
