It folds up and is very easy for me to carry out into the woods where I use it for photo shoots for wildlife, by a lake. other stools have legs that sink into the mud, but this chair supports my weight without getting stuck in the mud. I was using a padded bucket but that was cumbersome, bulky, and noisy. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

This light weight seat has many uses. Recently we were on Amtrak auto train and used it for dinner and breakfast meals delivered to our private room.
