I love this set. It looks beautiful and it wasnt all that hard to put together, however, the waterproof cover isnt waterproof. I put my set together and covered it up because of rain the next day...well, when I went to check it after (a day after) water was all over the cushions. Plan on buying a bette waterproof cover of your outdoor furniture if you buy this set.
It did arrive in 6 packages like other reviews had said. The 2 corner pieces came 2 days later in 1 box. We only got 1 tracking number initially, but the seller responded to my message within a day and sent the other tracking info. They are a good seller to deal with. They were courteous and even followed up with me. The set looks great! The only downside is the tedious assembly. It comes in all flat side and bottom pieces and it is extremely difficult to get to some of the corners. Make sure you have a ratchet, otherwise you will be there for hours. Maybe make it a family assembly day. The cushions do slide despite the advertised grips at the bottom. We will be adding some velcro to it. The seat cushions were extremely difficult to put the covers on. We love the look, and it is also very comfortable to sit or lay on, so it earned 5 stars despite the lengthy assembly.

Contacted customer service and received a quick reply that they would be here the next day, even gave me the tracking . The furniture is fairly easy to assemble , but takes some time. Cushion covers are durable, water resistant, and thick. The table is sturdy and high enough to eat on. It also has ideal storage under it! So very happy with it, perfect choice for our patio deck. It is as nice as it appears in the pictures!
Liked it shipping 1 box at a time. Was not overwhelmed with putting it all together at once.
Did receive one lumbar pillow case with zipper broken. Other than that, awesome purchase. Love it.
Assembly took all Saturday morning. Instructions were clear and fittings and screws were sturdy and metal. Set it up by the pool and it rained almost immediately! The vinyl cover is a great thing. We are looking forward to summer and enjoying this really nice addition to our back yard oasis!
Matches my planters perfectly. Very easy to assemble. May take a little time. At first I did not receive a bix but once I contacted the seller it arrived the next day!
We purchased the 9 piece set recently. The order arrived several days early. The product is great and out 20x13 ft deck look full and gorgeous. There were some damages on few parts and the seller sent us replacements within a week. Definitely recommended.
I usually dont leave reviews but have to say this is an amazing set for the price. The seller prompty responded to my questions and gave me the tracking number for all five boxes. The seller also replaced the table that was broken in transit. Communication 5 Stars! The set.... ok.... This is a large set.... do not think you will be able to have the set completed in one day. It took me about a week to get everything together and set up with no additional help. The directions are not complicated and easy to follow.. I did about 2 chairs a day. The table was larger than I really expected but it still fits. I will recommend that you get velcro for the seating and pillows so they wont slide around and also spray with Scott Guard. So far so good! You cant beat this for the price with cushions.
This set was exactly what we wanted. The seller was very responsive to my questions along the way. Boxes came in multiple and over a few days but the product advertised this in advance. It’s comfy and light weight which makes it easy to move around and set up different ways. Instructions to build were easy to follow. It took some time to put together because we ordered the 9 piece set! Highly recommend! The glass piece on the table came foggy but with good cleaner we were able to remove whatever was on there!
