Tween loves it, great customer service
My tween daughter adores this trampoline, and shes probably on it for at least an hour a day. Weve had it for about 8 months, and one of the metal clips snapped. Wrote a message to customer service, and had the parts we needed in less than a week. Would not hesitate to buy another one of these in the future or recommend to a friend.
I can now tramp safely
I thought it would be so easy, but being 80 means your balance can be off. Now I can jump to my hearts content. It was a little tricky to put together but I did it, solo. So you can do it too.
Excellent product Company!
Easy to put together. One leg wouldnt screw on all the way, so I emailed customer support. I got a response that day. They sent me two legs it screwed right in. Great customer service. Dont be afraid to buy from this company they wont let you down.
WORTH IT / So happy I caved and bought it!
Very excited about this product. I was nervous that it was going to shake but it is INCREDIBLY sturdy. I weight about 150 and it well supports my weight. It was incredibly easy to assemble / took me about 40 minutes (probably will take the average person 25 / i assembled after a long work day!) Cant wait to start using it. Will update after its been worked in a little!
Great product and great customer service
Ive used a rebounder for more than 10 years. It was time for a new one so i ordered this one. Im very happy with it. I got a 2 inch cut in the mat, didnt see a replacement mat on and so i contacted the seller. They replaced it free of charge in less than a week. Id recommend this product to anyone.
Good quality
Firstly, this arrived a day early, so that was great! Secondly, I tested it out and Im super happy with the quality, and the fact that it folds up for easy storage. Its a challenging workout!
Very sturdy.
This trampoline is easy to put together and sturdy. I am a large woman and it holds up well under my weight. Its a good size in diameter, unlike exercise trampolines from years ago. This trampoline needs quite a bit of space. The safety bar is sturdy and helpful.
Dont plan on folding
Full disclosure: this was an impulse purchase. I put it together, tried it once, and then never used it again. It does squeak a bit, but I dont think its enough to bother my neighbors. However, dont buy this thing unless youre willing to live with it forever. Im trying to return it, but it is absolutely impossible to fold. And the instructions dont mention folding at all. If youre planning on tucking it away, good luck. I dont have the greatest upper body strength, but this thing doesnt budge.

Not stable on carpet. Will tip over . Otherwise great little trampol8ne
