I was very skeptical about this chair because theres barely any reviews and another reviewer had an issue with how the product arrived. I am so happy I took the chance because its absolutely beautiful. Its a real statement piece in my room and of great quality. The velvet is butter soft and the color is gorgeous. I love the base as well. The chair was extremely easy to assemble and all parts were included. I am absolutely in love. Came a week in advance! In addition, it was super easy to assemble. My son and I put it together in less than 20 minutes! I weigh about 170 and the Chair suits me comfortably. Not to mention the gorgeous color and feel of the velvet ! I lucked out and found a matching pillow at cost plus world market and so Im very very pleased! Do not hesitate to buy, if youre a girly girl like me. I think you will be pleased!
Easy to assemble, looks great and is super comfy! I am doing missing school online and sometimes have to sit for up to 6 hrs! My old chair was so uncomfortable I couldnt handle it. In this chair I can change positions as often as needed and I dont get pains or restlessness. The wheels could be a bit better, but its completely functional.
It is not the most comfortable, but I didnt want an ugly office chair in my office/bedroom. So this adorable and well made chair is what I use.
It is comfortable for me, but definitely not as comfortable as a normal office chair that gives you more back support and arm rests. If you are looking for exactly that, this is not your chair. If you want to give up on some of those comforts, add your own cute roll/lumbar pillow and sit up straight / not really using the back of the chair at all. Ive not gotten tired, nor has my back hurt doing it this way. I also have a foot rest to lift my knees up. Doing this helps make the chair work well.
This chair does NOT roll on carpet well. I have to lean out of the chair and pull it in with my arms while gripping the top sides of the chair to pull it under my desk where I sit. If you get up and down a lot, that would be annoying. I have a thin rug over wall to wall low shag carpeting. So the wheels really sink into all that rug. (It is not long shag however. Just normal wall to wall carpeting.)
But the is gorgeous / linen/like a soft, organic/feel. The sit doesnt have a whole lot of cushiness to it. But Ive gotten over that. You could add another seat/cushion to it if you need more softness. It is not uncomfortable, however. It doesnt feel like you are sitting on a hard surface, just not really cushy.

Absolutely love my chair I am 53 and dont have my feet hanging at all but its for any height because you can adjust the height of the chair. Its so soft and comfortable!
