Very sturdy bed with trundle which requires two adults to put together. I wish the screws had covers to hide on the ends but its not a deal breaker. The wood is pretty and we are happy with the purchase.
Solid easy to put together construction, no need for a box spring, perfect purchase 5 Stars period. Oh, did I mention it was real solid Southern Pine wood? Well, it is, no cheap pressed stuff here. I did, however, reinforced the center with a little two by two and a couple screws (for extra weight bearing) and now this thing could take a running leap without cracking or stressing. Its tough, looks beachy and elegant, and is of good quality, I highly recommend this bed/couch.
Very happy with this purchase! I was a little hesitant based on a couple of 1 star reviews but decided to take a chance. Glad I did! The picture doesnt do any justice. Far more attractive than the picture. Very nice finish. Based on reviews stating the piece was weak and easily breaks I bought some mending braces to strengthen any places I felt may need it. I never used them. When I put it together it seemed plenty strong. My dog puts it to the test at least 10 to 15 times a day. and he runs and jumps up onto it with all he has! We hang out on it together and play on it often and its just as sturdy as the day I put it together about 4 weeks ago! Also I put it together by myself and I didnt find it difficult at all and Im a 54 yr old 5 2 120 lb woman. I laid the back down flat on the floor and built it up from there and righted it when I was finished. There were a couple times when it wouldve been nice to have a second person to hold the other side up but Im too independent and stubborn and just used some of the Styrofoam from the box to prop things up! Worked like a charm! I highly recommend this daybed! I will update if anything bad happens but Im not expecting it to!
I thought I was missing some screws, etc. I called them, told them my problem and they sent some immediately to me. I offered to pay and they said absolutely not. This is a service the company provides. Put together, it looks great! No complaints.
I have had it for a year for my kids room because they have to small room. They treat it like kids treat beds and it is still in perfect condition!Not to mention it is beautiful! I would recommend it to everyone.

Love the bed, the only negative was it was missing some bolts and the lower front panel of the trundle was broken. So I called the company directly they said they would ship out the parts so I waited two week and I never received anything. So I called them back and there was a confusion they told me the parts were already sent. So I said OK all be waiting for the track number they said they would send me I never got it. The following day I called back and they said that the order was cancel that they were not able to send the parts. Was disappointed cause the bed is great itself but wish they would of been able to send those parts.
