These are quite absorbent. BUT THE Sticky STRIP IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH NOR WIDE ENOUGH TO HOLD THE PAD IN PLACE. If the pad fors not stay in place, it can allow the urine to leak out and make a mess. This situation makes the pads useless.
I would use these frequently if this problem is fixed. If not I will find an alternative.
We rescued a puppy that was not being adopted because he has some issues with his kidneys/bladder - he drips. Surgery was not successful in curing the problem, but these pads make it a non-issue when he is in the house. He does not mind in the slightest wearing these in his belly band. The people who looked over him because of this issue, missed out on the greatest dog!!! He is amazing!
The size was fine but the adhesion could be better. I had to throw some away because they didn’t stick properly after being worn for a while. I can’t really say how absorbent they are since my dog hasn’t had an accident, I just used them in his belly band as a precaution. They only have one strip in the middle to adhere, so the sides don’t stay down like they should.

These pads are a great fit for med - xl belly bands, thick and absorbent and keep smells at bay.
Works well
It doesn’t stick well on the diaper. It does work well in absorbing the urine. It made it easier to wash the washable diaper.
Adhesion could be better

We use this product daily in the male wraps to prevent marking when our Boston is out in the house. They work great!
