Love this shoe bench. One of the shelves was slightly damaged but we turned it toward the back so its not visible. Other that that, it was easy to put together. Hubby did it in 15 minutes. Its heavy, solid and fits the space we needed it to. Very happy with this shoe bench!
This was really easy to put together - the holes were well drilled, the hex tool was the right size, the pieces werent too complicated and the instructions were moderately clear. The wood is of moderate weight and once assembled, everything feels very sturdy. I ordered this because it was rated above the weight of a family member, and its one of the few pieces of furniture I dont worry about.

We are clueless usually on assembling even the easiest of things and we did this pretty effortlessly. It is perfect and great quality. Very sturdy and just right for smaller needs. We were happy to see that it is slightly darker than the photo. Highly recommend.
We wanted a place to store shoes in the laundry room that would provide seating for us to put them on and remove them (before leaving/entering the house). This product fit the bill, and was extremely easy to assemble thanks to well-written instructions. Its a little small, but thats what we wanted for the space, and they had a model that was a tad longer. The cushion fits snugly, providing a solid foundation. Best part is the hideaway drawer for keys, watch, or other items that you want to grab quickly on your way out.
