Arrived as pictured. They even called me prior to shipping to confirm my order and notified me of the shipping status. The chairs are extremely elegant and attractive, and perfectly match my decor. One chair, out of four, came with a few missing pieces. The company reached out to speak with me immediately, apologizedand for the inconvenience, and sent the missing parts right away via FedEx.
First I bought two chairs to check if they are comfortable ,sturdy and color quality . Oh god these are super awesome. Very firm base,comfortable and beautiful. First I thought velvet will be shiny and not easy to maintain but it’s high quality very easy to clean. Color is very perfect looks very rich. First two chairs coudnt stop me to buy rest 4 of them for my dining room. Sellers service is very nice, very well communicated and , very fast shipping than excepted. You won’t be disappoint at all to grab these beautiful chairs !!!
