I was hesitant to order such big furniture on but this was easy to put together. Probably took about 45 minutes with 2 people. We had trouble with the shippers because they didnt use some standard ups or usps.
I was happy to see this on with free shipping! They canceled my first delivery (selected time myself) via email and I didnt look at my emails until the end of the delivery period. I did not receive a follow up email, so eventually I tried to cancel the order and could not BUT what I needed to learn is to reschedule in the Order History. It was then delivered promptly within the timeframe the second time.
I am a 58 year old single woman and put this together while watching TV . . . table and bench are super easy. The chairs take a bit more time because of the additional screws. I used the provided tool.
The set is perfect for my apartment - it is not too big and overwhelming in the space. It looks gorgeous, especially for this price point with free prime delivery. I am EXTREMELY satisfied and wouldnt hesitate to order again now that I understand the process.
