When we first opened this one part was broken but the company was very quick to send a replacement part. Was very easy to assemble and looks great. Now hubby can be out of the hot sun while he is cooking on the grill. Looks great.
We purchased this product because we have one very similar that we got a couple years ago from a local home improvement store and already new how to assemble it. The issue was many of the parts were bent and had to be pried or hammered into the correct position to force them to fit into the correct slots. Once we managed to get this done it was fine. We secured it with tap/cons to our concrete patio across from the previous one we have. It looks nice and provides the needed shade.
First thing, the assembly was not as bad as expected. I helped my husband and son set this up and surprisingly there was no divorce. I searched this product on YouTube and there is a tutorial on it. We slowed the speed down and followed their steps and worked out great. My only suggestion was to skip the step where you had to insert all of the black clips. It was easier to attach them first to the and net and THEN insert them into the track. Last recommendation, buy the marine waterproofing stuff mentioned in another review. Saturate the whole thing with it. When it rains you can still sit outside and the water just beads right off instead of filling up on the top

Awesome product
Fantastic product for the price.
Use unlabe parts first. Used our own concrete screws to secure.
Directions require are not the best but not the worst I seen. Take your time and definitely dont try this alone.
