Bed was pretty easy to assemble. All was good but one screw for side support in middle didnt fit. Was too short. Somehow hole cutout depth wasnt deep enough. Still held up my 350lb 62 son. Looks nice and no noise. Gonna have to find a replacement screw to be sure side support stays put for long term.
It wasnt difficult to assemble this is one of the first things Ive had to assemble on my own and thought it would be more difficult but it was exactly what I wanted to fit the aesthetic of my room and its very sturdy.
This is a nice, solid bed frame constructed with beautiful wood. Instructions were clear, just dont over tighten, wood may spit! The enclosed ratchet tool is very helpful. Kit includes spare hardware, which is always nice. Very nicely made product.
Ive assembled many beds over the course of my lifetime and I usually dread the task. This was actually fun to assemble! The holes all lined up and the tools supplied (little ratchet and allen wrench) were all I needed to tighten each bolt. The only extra tool Id recommend is a utility blade to cut open the hardware packaging. The platform is extremely sturdy. The only thing I had to really think about was the slats but I figured them out. There are two dowels in the center on each side. There are two bundles of slats connected by Velcro strips. Please the slat with holes on the dowels and unroll straight from there. The rest will make sense when you unroll it going away from the dowel with the sticky Velcro side down. This is a great product at a good price! I highly recommend it!!
We got this bed because our senior dog couldnt get up on our higher bed. I love the height of this bed. I have back problems and arthritis, and its so easy to get out of. Its quite comfortable and was easy to assemble. The dog can now jump on it and loves it too!
Had this high/quality bed for nine months when I moved cross/country and the moving company lost ALL 40+ bolts, washers and screws. I was sleeping with my mattress on the floor and contacted to see if I could purchase a new set. Long shot, of course, since losing the hardware is not covered by warranty. Amingly, Customer Service rose to the challenge, worked with me for several days, and kindly Fed/Exed replacements without charge. I just received it and every single piece is there packaged with instructions. Old/fashioned, beyond/great customer service does still exist. And now I have my bed back .
Highly recommend purchasing this bed frame with headboard (slats included) / excellent quality, easy to assemble, looks earthy and stylish, very sturdy! I have no complaints from this product / would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a bed.
I got a very heavy king sized mattress and was worried an inexpensive frame wouldnt be strong enough to hold itbut it does! Plus/its beautiful. I ended up making my own headboard, which I just mounted behind the bed. Looks great and stayed on budget. Very happy.

This was my first time ordering both a bed frame and mattress off . I was worried about quality and screws being misaligned, etc. The bed frame package arrived on time without any damage. It was quite long and heavy, so getting it in the house and up the stairs would have been extra taxing had I done it myself.
I was very surprised how easy it was to put together!! The instructions were very clear, and unlike Ikea and the emotional turmoil they put you through with their instructions, these were very simple and easy to follow. When it was time to put the main frame together, everything was aligned. The slats went on nicely and I like the little sticker part for the mattress! I use a 12/inch hybrid mattress and I do not feel the need for a bunkie board or anything so far.
The color is beautiful and it fits great in my lil apartment room. Overall I am extremely pleased.
Last note: I was a bit nervous about the adult activities mentioned in other comments. Ill tell you right now that this bed did not make a SOUND. I also am not too worried about it as I will mostly be sleeping in this bed myself. I will def note in future updates if this changes. Also, I took others advice and did not fully tighten the screws until all of the frame was setup.

Love this bed, a great nights sleep
