Hello everyone, these beds are a real space saver. They are easy to set up, takin about 3-6 hours from start to finish. They take this long because of the amount of pieces and my organizational skills. The only gripe I have about the beds are the ladders that lead up to the mattress. They are rounded and hurt your feet as you climb. But I put some pipe insulation to lessen the pain as my kids climbed up. The kids love the setup and the space they have underneath.
Its off-white.. very creamy. I was expecting a brighter white, so I was a bit disappointed. How do you return something like this? You dont. And thats on me for taking my chances. But its also very wobbly. However, my daughter likes it enough and it was fairly inexpensive, so I figure.. you get what you pay for. They really should consider having an actual access where the ladder meets the top rail. Thats been my daughters only complaint. Kind of harder to get down when you have to climb over the rail.
Easy to follow instructions, takes some time but not hours long project. Pretty sturdy but makes some noise when kid moves around or climbs ladder. Would not recommend if you have low ceilings, a fan or light in the way etc. or if you child is on the taller side. Good value overall.
Assembly took a little longer than expected but it came together nicely at the end. The quality is good for the $MONEY$! I love how the ladder is on the side rather than front!
So far it seems like a really nice bed!!! frame. I have been wrestling with it for about an hour now trying to get it together. I just realized that the sides werent correct on the last step theyre labels the same number so I accidentally put them backwards , so now Im having to undo everything to fix the problem. Time will tell if this will hold up.
Save yourself lots of time and get a battery operated drill with the attachment for the hardware
Dont try and put together while moving in. Wanted to have ready to put mattress in when helper showed up to unload 26 U Haul. Was in process of putting together when they showed, took over an hour due to starting and stopping.
This bunk bed was easy to assemble and looks great. Its sturdy too! My teen can crawl up to the top, move around and not even bother his sister on the bottom bunk. great bed!!! for a great price!
