I always wanted a canopy bed when I was little. I never got one, but I got my daughter one she loves it!! It was easy to install as well. Im 160 lbs and slept in a couple of nights and it was sturdy. I was almost too long for it though and Im 54, but its great!!!! for a kid!
I ended up getting a king size because I want the post to go behind my bed instead of in the front

Beautiful but.
When you try and tie them up at the corners they slide down the smooth bed post. I used rubber bands to grip the bedpost.
