We love this bed and it was really easy to set up, but we probably should have ordered a size down because it was surprisingly tall looking. We measured it and it was truly 16 inches, we probably should have thought more about the size before. However, it is super sturdy feeling and was quite easy to assemble if 16 inches is what you are looking for.

My husband is a gorgeous 300+ lb man and this bed holds us both with no wiggle or squeak, no matter what were doing. And it was very easy to put together.
We have an autistic son who has destroyed several bed frames (as well as other furniture). We wanted a bed frame that was sturdy. This one seems very well made. I used a drop of Loctite on the screws that didnt use nyloc nuts, just as a precaution. Well worth the price.
This Bed frame is very easy to put together. at first by looking at the pictures on I was a little worried that it was not going to be a heavy duty bed frame. But once I took it out of the box I see that this is no light weight bed frame.
I think I read a review where a person called the wooden slats fake wood. No they are not fake its plywood which is stronger than a regular wooden slat. So far its holding up.
