There are lots of places selling similar-looking chairs and I couldn't decide which to choose. I'm glad we went with the chairs. They were packed perfectly, received with no damage, they were very easy to assemble (the holes perfectly lined up with the screws.) They are sturdy and look great. So if you're looking for birch modern chairs, you found the best ones.
We ordered 6 of these chairs and love them. Their simplicity goes nicely against our red oak flooring.
The size and height work for me 5'4 and my husband 6'6. They seat material is nice and seems extremely durable and stain resistant which I love since they're being used for the dining table. The wooden legs and black metal look great. The chairs are light weight for moving but sturdy. The low height makes them great for repositioning into the living room for additional guest seating.
Assembling the chairs was quick and easy, probably only took 5 minutes and can easily be accomplished by one person. The leg base just needs to be screwed onto the underside of the seat with 4 nuts and washers. The chairs arrived well wrapped.

I just received these chairs as a gift for Christmas. Didn't take long to assemble them and it was pretty easy to do. My first impression is that they're comfortable. They look small but they're the same size as a standard dining chair when compared to others side by side.
They're very cute and I'm excited to put these in my home!
My only complaints are as follows:
1. The screws on the legs weren't tight where the chair connects to the base so we had to tighten them. Not a huge deal, but not a great first impression.
2. The wooden legs weren't sanded well and one leg on each chair had marks and/or dents. I'm not completely impressed by this but I'll sand them myself so they're perfect.
I will update this later if there's anything worth noting!
When changing to a Mid-Century Modern look, my designer said I needed some Eames-style chairs. I bought 4 of them and a round table. Didn't think that they would hold up to occasional visits from 5 young grand kids and service 2 elderly women. These work great for both. Sturdy for the elders, stain resistant and easily cleanable for the grand kids (water colors, play-dough, markers). So functional and stylish that I bought 2 more and replaced my round table with a 6-seat rectangular. The pebbly matte finish makes them easy to clean. I've had them for 2 years now and still look brand new.
I'm really disappointed. I love the style and the look with the dark legs, but the chairs are lower than my current dining chairs (because of the curved seat?) I'm surprised there was no chair height back height info...would be a hug help with shopping online. The chair also look abnormally small at my dining table. I put just one of the four together and the legs aren't even so the chair wobbles. The legs are just dark rather than having a walnut look.

Great Finish that Stands Up to Dirt

Best chairs
Excellent chairs!! Love the stable seat with a touch of flex in the back for comfort. I'm using them in my art classroom for little kids and adults.
