The design is a trade off of price, durability, function, quality, and ease of shipping. I was surprised when the box arrived that it might not be the complete bed. Turns out the headboard is hollow and has all the pieces held within it. As such, the headboard is mainly looks but has a strong frame. The kit is easy to assemble in about 30 minutes. Some bolts can be installed with a powered screwdriver but others, there is not enough clearance, but their ratcheting hex tool is nice enough. With mattress in place (I ordered a memory foam), it is solid with no squeaks or creaks. For the price, a great value.
I love the style of this bed! I had a family member move in with me for a couple of months and was really excited. I put the bed together with ease until I Got to the frame. The part of the frame that crossed in the middle was too long. I reached out to support via email( that's the only way to get them) The email bounced several times. I'm going to have to shave down the portion that is too long now. This isn't that big of a deal it's just the fact that I paid for something to be easy to assemble and ready to go. Now I have to go buy a saw to cut to make it fit. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from this vendor again!
This platform bed is exceptional. It is well made, easy to assemble, sturdy, good looking, and well packaged by the manufacturer. Based on our experience, you would not be disappointed. Recommend.
If you need a bed frame which is sturdy and cost effective just go for this. This is my second purchase and i have the one from 2018 still in perfect condition. I received the package without any missing pieces ..deserves 5 star rating.
The bed is nice, but one of the legs is not staying put. Tried calling customer service numerous times. They boast that you can get replacement parts, but impossible to reach them.
Wow. Really nice! My husband and I are impressed by the quality of this bed. It's solid and seems like it'll last a while. The fabric is soft and luxurious. The color Silver Grey looks as expected so that's cool. I'm REALLY happy with this bed. Beautiful.

Customer Support Email Bounced Several Times!!!
