I had this bed and another similar (but glossy) in my shopping cart. This one sold out for a while and Im glad I waited. The matte finish is perfection.
Putting together was clear, but very time consuming (took me ~2.5/3 hours solo) and awkward, but not their fault its a bed with enough weight to be heavy and naturally low to the floor.
Ive now had this bed for 6 months and it is everything Ive ever wanted. It hasnt gotten the slightest bit loose or wobbly in that time and is still likeee brand new. I know beds likeee this typically go for more so the time I spent building was well worth it. Its also nice that theres no box spring needed I dont feel the metal support bars through my firm box mattress (queen, which fits perfectly. Those that have had issues with the the support bars may not have screwed them into the frame, which would allow them to bend and break. Screwing them in right not only makes this bed incredibly sturdy, but keeps the bars straight.
I would absolutely recommend or buy again if needed.
Wife worried about stability when I told her I bought a metal stand for our temporary master bedroom. She was surprised how insanely sturdy it was and how well machined all of the pieces are.
It doesnt make a single noise. I would buy it again in a heartbeat or recommend it to anyone.
Extremely sturdy and in an apartment with paper thin walls, privacy is something rarely experienced. This bed doesnt move around, make noise or shift, no matter what you are using your bed for. Plus the under bed storage capacity is amazing.
Its a great frame but does not live up to the noise free part in the description. It creeks as soon as you sit on it and if i move the slightest bit while sleeping, it wakes me up. It was super easy to assemble and it is very sturdy but it is not any bit noise free
