So this thing came in some pretty terrible packaging, likeeee it!!!!! was all just shoved in the box. With that being said the headboard did have a bit of a tear.
However, now thats out the way, for the price I paid and the quickness of delivery, I really cant complain. All other beds from brick and mortar stores would have taken 6 months and I did not have that time.
Im not handy at all, likeeee literally I will pay someone to do anything if I could. However this came with easy to read instructions plus everything you need to put this together. I was able to put it together over a few hours (just put on Netflix and get started likeeee I did) and I was happy with the results.
Some people have complained about the drawers being plastic and I actually think thats fine. They are much bigger than I expected and all of my clothes fit pretty easily.
So far the bed has held up well, any other issues Ill report back.
I loveeee it!!!!!. I bought this for my 2 year old daughter to grow into it and it is so beautiful. I was worried it would look cheap but it definitely does not. I assembled it with the help of my 2 year old lol the only thing I had a hard time with was the leg brackets would not line up. Other than that it was a breeze.
Didnt have a lot of $money$ when I was first moving out, so I bought the white kind bed with drawers when it went on sale. I was weary of all of the negative comments (chemical smell, missing parts, the frame breaking too easily), but it was in the right price range for me so I went for it.
Im happy I did. The drawers are life savers when it comes to saving space, it was so easy to put together, no chemical smell to be found, and no parts were missing. Nothing has broken thus far and Ive had it for almost two years now - just need to tighten some screws here and there. It looks beautiful, and despite having a kitten with a tendency to scratch everything I own, the material has held up extremely well. Hopefully itll be easy to take apart when we move. To each their own, but this was a great decision for us!
I ordered this bed a year ago and initially was very happy with the purchase. The bed was relatively easy to put together and resembled what was advertised. However, over the course of the year, the low quality of some of the parts began to show through as pieces began to break. After a few months, a couple of the wooden slats began to snap. Later on, a few screws fell out and went missing. When the third wooden slat broke I finally decided to reach out to support to ask about replacement parts. Unfortunately, they do not sell replacement parts and would not replace them as the warranty is only valid 1 year from the date of purchase and I had reached out 11 days after my original date of purchase. I understand the warranty terms, however, the fact that multiple wooden slats began breaking through normal use of the bed within under a year of purchase should give pause for others thinking about purchasing this bed - especially since there is now no way to get replacement parts.
VERY surprised with the quality!! Bought for our guest room and ended up using in our master.. No box spring needed.. In fact it looks MUCH better without one. Would definitely buy again!

However the mattress supports are very weak. The first day it was used, 2 broke. Otherwise, the tapestry is very nice and the delivery is very fast.
