Packaging was damaged when delivered and the corners of a couple a panels were smashed. Better packaging or shipper handling is advised. Packaging did not appear sufficient to support a vertical orientation so labeling should make that more clear for shippers. Beautiful set and the sliding doors are really neat.
East to assemble. Looks just like the pictures online. There is a video in one of the reviews that shows the doors do not close. I had the same issue but the problem was I added the door stopper in the wrong holes. The instructions were easy to follow and its a sturdy piece.
I had to take this apart and put it back together again because the instructions were terrible. It was not at all easy to assemble in my opinion but once it was finally completed, Im happy with it.
Bought this little stand for my entryway and I fits perfectly. I was able to assemble easily aith no issues . Its very sturdy and I like how versatile this piece is.
Chip on corner returning and have take to UPS wont order furniture unless I can see it in the store; this was too much work and now I have re-box and ship back to UPS
The product is fine. The price point matches the quality, but the customer service holy moly. These people are great. We had some minor issues with our table (small scratches). Replaced immediately, and they just sent me chocolates from Godiva for the inconvenience. This company deserves your business
