This is a cool , I love the Driftwood color, it feels very on trend but also classic. I also love the low, sleek shape of it.
I was able to assemble this by myself for 90 of the steps, and it was fairly easy. But I absolutely HAD to have a helping hand for the final assembly step. I may have misread the instructions and had to go back and re do a few steps, which resulted in a couple of broken parts. Thankfully, there was a small bag of extra parts, so there was no problem. Its not as strong as I would like, BUT its better quality than a similar item that you could buy at Walmart or Target, and will hold up all the things you would want on a small entertainment center. It just wont hold up as a bench or in a kids pay area.

As you can see in the photos, my cd player actually sticks out about two inches. I still would buy this and recommend it to others. I think it looks really sharp. I have my hung on the wall so I actually lite the wide top to put my record player on. I am very satisfied.
This entertainment looks nice and is better quality than I expected for a cheap piece of furniture. It was very easy to put together, took less than 45 minutes to assemble. Its decently sturdy and holds a in perfectly. We got the espresso color and it matches really great with our dark wood table and chairs.

Ive been looking for the right in my living room. Found it. Got it in the mahogany brown colorbeautiful. Its a sturdy piece, and was easy to put it together. It took me 1 hour put together. Its not real wood, but its finished and textured to feel like it, and no one will tell the difference when sitting next to my JBL speakers. Got a on it with plenty of room to spare and McIntosh amplifier. Great looking piece, would recommend it to anyone who looking to upgrade from those ard s we all had, or for the larger flat s /60. I will give 5 stars overall.
The is a heavy piece of furniture. It weighs in at 70 pounds. The is made from MDF and is painted a dark color.
The parts were well protected in the shipping on by cardboard, Styrofoam and soft liners. Nothing was damaged and nothing was missing. All parts were lettered or numbered in the instructions and on the part itself. Even the spare hardware is marked as spares. Thats incredibly thoughtful. (Thank you !)
Assembly isnt terribly difficult or complex, but it is important to pay close attention as you work simply because of the significant number of steps involved in assembly. Most of the illustrations and accompanying text is clear. However, one or two of the steps gave me pause because they werent entirely clear. The most difficult part of assembly is placing the top on the unit as a number of dowels and screws all have to line up simultaneously. Its a two/person job.
The machining work is far from perfect. I wish that companies that sell products would insist on better quality control from their suppliers. Some of the holes were drilled in a very sloppy manner with wood fragments left over from the drilled areas. Some holes were not completely drilled and some were not drilled at all//especially on the back. One of the dowels would not go all the way in because the hole for the dowel wasnt drilled deeply enough. This is sloppy craftsmanship. It caused my review to be reduced by a star.
Happily most of the flaws did not show after the assembly had been completed. What we did have is a nice looking that is suitable for more than watching. In fact, the assembled unit looked so nice that we decided to place our in our master bedroom and use it for our knickknacks and the books that we keep in our bedroom.
