I wanted to get a new sofa lately and settled on the Convertible Sectional Sofa Couch. The color is great, and the assembly was very simple. I encountered a problem with one of the screws connecting the hardware holding the back piece in place. Without the screw, the back was very unstable, and leaning back on it too hard would break it completely. The seller jumped right in to get the issue fixed. They replied back to me in a quick manner every time and finally resolved the issue by sending out a new part to replace the broken one. A simple solution which they were too happy to help me with, including sending the new part out quickly with no action or added cost on my part. A really great company for this really great sofa.
The only issue, which I should have considered in the first place but failed to use this measurement when comparing other sofas, concerns the back height. Im 62 and there isnt any back part or pillow that supports my head. This isnt a deal/breaker for me, Ive got this handled with some of my own pillows so problem solved.
The best feature for me is the functionality and flexibility of the modular sections. Its easy enough to move parts around depending on what my needs are at the time. Another element is the construction of the overall sofa. Its light enough to make you think its unstable at first, but this is a well/conceived sofa which is solid all/around more than the lightweight would lead you to think. Im a big man, 300+ lbs. and I have no complaints or even concerns with the sofa supporting me.
So, for anyone looking for a new sofa at a great price thats easy as pie to put together and is backed up by a great company, then I would highly recommend this for your consideration.
What we liked most about this couch was the fact we live in a 14x60 mobile home. What we dont like much about this couch is the fact that its not very sturdy. We already know well have to purchase yet another couch in 1/2 years. They just dont make them like they used to.
Bought this exact one on wayfair for 100 more smaller than it looks and if your a bigger guy (im 220lbs) like me. The cushions arent very comfortable but that can be rigged. Overall price on here is great for what it is. Im patiently waiting on the legs and two connector pieces that werent in either box (their customer service is great). One person can put it together easy and will fit almost anywhere.
It was some what simple to put together for me doing it on my own! But it was noticeable that it came in pieces and you could tell when you would sit in certain spots on the couch.
Happy with the purchase. Reasonably priced and comfortable sofa for small spaces. Customer service was prompt when I contacted them because the couch comes in 2 boxes and I was missing 1 box but it arrived a day later.
I was a bit iffy at first putting the couch together but once I got it done and relaxed on it to watch some TV that evening, I fell in love with this little couch. This couch came in 2 boxes. I received 1/2 one day and then 2/2 two days later. I did get a bit concerned at first but then emailed the seller and they got back to me right away.
Customer service is really good at answering emails, and the product currently comes in two parts at the moment due to COVID but they were two days apart. Not too long to get everything and set up was easy. About 30 minutes one person. It is firm but not rock hard, it easily fits to people to lay on. Quality isnt 2000 quality but for the price and functionality, its great. We got it in , color is perfect.

shallow cushions for people over 200 and can only really fit 2 unless your good friends

This couch is perfect for a small space and its very comfortable. Assembly was great maybe took an hour!
