Our couch was delivered yesterday and we love it. The cushions are firm but not uncomable. The assembly was very easy. We have three children and so far its holding up very great. Highly recommend!
It fit well in my apartment, its great for small spaces. Its comfy and was fairly easy to assemble. The only issue is that it sits kinda low. Overall I love it
It is very comable once you put it together there was two issues that we ran into one there was no instructions whatsoever not even an illustration but it was pretty easy still to put it together but on the armrest we got two for the left side and not one cushion for the right armrest no matter how we tried to get it fit its definitely two left cushions and not a right one and I am having a hard time finding where I can email them directly to see if I can get that replaced so I dont have to send the whole couch back cause it is beautiful
You get what you pay for but its cute and serves its purpose for my small space. Took me about 30 minutes to put together. The middle leg is a little weird and crooked but I like it.
Ill preface this by saying I knew all this going in based on other reviews but still decided to buy because the price was right and I loved the color. Im not planning to return it or anything but there are some drawbacks. Still recommend it if youre willing to make some concessions in com and quality to fit your budget.
The good:
/ The color and the fabric is beautiful
/ It is very wide and can seat many people
/ Its extremely affordable, did a lot of research and almost identical couches are twice the price on wayfair
/ Came in three big boxes and is easy to move into a space or disassemble and move later
The bad:
/ Cushions are pretty firm
/ Back is very low so not comable to lean on
/ Assembly was difficult (some of the screws go in behind another panel of wood so you will spend a lot of time putting in the allen wrench, doing a quarter turn, and then repositioning and starting over, spend about 2 hours doing this and it was very tedious)
The ugly:
/ The fabric on two of the corners was ripped/worn from shipping, wont bother to replace but it was a little disappointing. Going to put a special fabric glue on it to prevent it from tearing further
The couch is lovely for what I needed. We wont be sitting in this room so it is just for looks I dont mind that its low. Its very spacious, it is firm but not stiff which I prefer the only problem I had was the screws that go behind the wood I spent an hour on two of them! And some how I got lucky on the other chaise and was able to screw them most of the way with my fingers aside from the assembly wasnt too long and I am a woman I did it all on my own lol
Two of the three boxes arrived a couple of days early. The last box arrived on time. The boxes were in rough shape, holes that were taped up. The couch was relatively undamaged, just a few scratches on the backside from the rough handling or I dont know what. It was easy to assemble. The couch looks nice, is comable, and is big enough for my family of 2 adults, 3 young children. The backrest is fine for me but the man of the house doesnt like how low it is. I like the soft velvet but it does attract static cling! It shocks me sometimes and I have to wipe it down with a damp cloth daily because everything clings to it.

LOVE this sofa
The sofa was easy to assemble and looks great in our space. Much comfier than our last couch, although the bottom cushions are a little firm.

Easy to assemble but does need two people. Very comable you dont sink into it but its really comable.
