10/10 customer service for this company. I realized AFTER the item had already shipped that I had set the delivery address incorrectly, nearly six hours away. I contacted the company who were able to have the item rerouted to my correct address, and still received it within a reasonable time. The team was personable and responded in reasonable time when I was in contact with them. As an added bonus, the item was delivered in packages that were easy to manage moving into an apartment building, and super easy to set up, even after losing the directions. I cant speak for quality as I just set the couch up today, but my first impression is that itll serve its purpose exceptionally.
Shipped with NSD shipping and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the shipping was and workers brought right to my door. Easy to assemble and am blown away by how comable this couch is! Looks great in my space and once I am completely moved into new apartment I will be taking more naps on this furniture. A great place for me and my cats to chill. Apologize for the messy space in video, I am still putting stuff away. I needed to get this clip out and express my joy over this couch. Im 59 and about 240lbs. Not a small guy and I can tell you this couch is sturdy and just the right size for this space. My feet come about 5 away from end of chase and am to arm. Great addition to any living room! Buy with confidence!
Had a very hard hard time putting it together, holes were not pre/drilled. I had to go buy a drill and it was still a challenge. It is pretty poorly constructed and kept together. It is hard/firm to sit in but Im hoping it softens up some.
I am still contemplating returning it but I dont know that its worth more trouble. The pop up mechanism works well, but there is an annoying gap between pieces when it is out away, as others have mentioned.
This couch is perfect for small spaces. Cute and comable. Color is close to a forest green. Everything comes preassembled. You just need to add the feet to the couch.
I put this together by myself it is very cute live the color only thing I find annoying is that the back is lower than I expected dont stub your toe lol because its metal and will cut its happened plenty of times
I have to say I was very nervous when I got your order shipped one daythen a few days later your order has been delivered without any heads up. 3 huge, torn boxes were dumped in front of our garage while we were out of town (instead of under the roof by the front porch). We lugged those boxes downstairs and put the couch together in about 20 minutesMy 62 son was napping in no time. The couch is huge, its super comfy w soft fuzzy velvet fabric, and the color is spectacular!! BUY IT!!

Im completely shocked that I was able to purchase at the 449 price point ( on sale ) / unreal. For context, Ive purchased 5 multiple couch over the last 5 years. 2 used, and 3 completely brand new.
This couch is by far the best purchase. So much so, I will purchase this couch AGAIN if needed. Heres why:

easy to assemble ( legs only )
already comes mostly assembled in box
delivered to my apartment quick shipping within 48 hours of purchase
perfect balance of heavy and lightweight furniture
gorgeous color! I have the beige one and its on the lighter, whiter side of beige
its firmly soft; yes, this couch is more on the firm side BUT think of the firm as in mostly supportive Ive tested naps, sitting through a movie, and just reading a book with my pup. Never had a moment of discom its absolutely what I was dreaming of when getting a new couch
Its affordable and budget friendly

Purchased a 1,000 sectional couch in the past from a well know furniture store that I had to THROW AWAY after 1.5 years because the couch completely buckled and it was too soft and cheaply made

Its probably better for smaller spaces; my living room area is about 14 x 13
if you have a large living room, it would be more like an XL love seat
Easily fits 2 people and a pup comably ; or 3 people can fit

CONS
this isnt fair because I still give this thing 5 ????? but its difficult to spot treat. I used a fabric cleaner after realizing my pup added a small stain to it and DO NOT RUB OR SCRUB. This is a me issue more than anything LOL but if you scrub too hard on the fabric, it sort of wears the material
cushions arent reversable and im not sure how to find replacement cushions in the future without having to purchase a whole new couch

Okay couch but I dont think it is worth near the trouble or money it costz
