Directions were a bit off, but got it figured out. Not a bad couch so far. After a month of having this couch the seams are already ripping. This is just from normal everyday use. No jumping, no excessive anything on the couch. Seams are poorly placed.
Really fragile. Didnt last as regular sofas this expensive can last. The springs are out also the back pillows broke, almost all of them. Please stay away from this
It's definitely the right price. Was easy to assemble. It's a tad smaller than I expected even thought I looked at the measurements so that one might be on me. Now the description did say that when you push the ottoman to the couch, you have a queen size area... That is definitely not the case. It's slightly smaller than the size of a double bed I think.
It's a fine couch for someone on a tight budget or maybe a kids area. I bought it because the reviews said it was firm and I think the description said it was too but it is definitely not firm. We still like the couch - just know that you get what you pay for.
The ottoman with storage is amazing. We do like to push it up to the couch and lounge over the whole thing while watching TV.
This thing is great, the only downsides is that if you're not paying attention like I was the backseat support for the sleeper section was tucked away inside one of the couches it is also difficult to assemble I got about 50% of the way there and then got some professionalds to do the rest.
Other than that it's so far been great!
My couch came a week early. As I was putting it together I realized I was missing the back piece. I called the number on the couch warranty. They said that the piece should be inside a zipper compartment. The zipper compartment they were talking about is under the side that doesnt have the pull out bed. So I had my missing piece this whole time.
Only problem I had putting the couch together is that the wheels that go to the bed you have to hand screw on unless you have a power drill. The instructions are a little hard to follow as well. Other then that the couch is firm and comfortable.
First thing the couch is aesthetically appealing but that is it. The price has gone up and it is pretty cheap from a durability stand point and weak design. It didnt even last a full year and it broke with light usage. Plus no replacement parts are available so if you get this couch get the extended warranty!

Stylish, sturdy, but not very comfy
Really liked the way this looked, but rarely used it because it was not that comfortable to sit or sleep on.
