It is not super soft and comfortable but I think it is a great deal (under $300).
I regret not buying two of these that the light beige is not available anymore.
This convertible sleeper chair is exactly what we were looking for. I agree it is low but I really like that because I am 410- it is rare for me to find chairs scaled to my height. It is a bit too firm for sleeping, so I put a foam mattress pad on it for some cushioning. It feels very study, it is easy to convert into a bed or lounge and is a good chair when not in use as a bed. It is a good product for the price.
I have been considering ordering these for a while now but the reviews had me hesitating. I live in a one room efficiency with my 21 year old daughter. I needed something that could open to a bed but could close to help us with space for watching TV, working from home, and online college. It was extremely easy to put together. It is easy to open and close and I am sleeping better than I was on my five year old futon, with almost no padding. My daughter is EXTREMELY happy and sleeps like a baby on it. We both like firm mattresses so this works for us. If you need a soft mattress, this is not an option. My only suggestion is that if it could be designed to have the bed a bit higher, it would be better for tall or elderly people. I am actually 63 and sometimes have to prepare in order to stand up from the bed. I dont mind because my knees are in fairly decent shape but wouldnt mind it being a few inches higher. I am happy with the material and know I will get a lot of good use out of these. I bought one in gray and one in blue. I hope they hold up to being opened and closed daily but I feel that they will hold up just fine. As for now, we are very happy with them.
Love my new chaise for the price. Classy look. The only thing I would mention on the downside is if you are taller than 57, you may want to seek out a longer bodied piece.
Hey this chair-couch-bed is awesome is use it in my office, when I want to work I use it as a chair. If I want to watch a movie as a couch and guess what when I need some sleep as a bed. And it looks great. I love it

We bought 2 to sit sue by side and have a full sized bed for guest.
The foam is really firm - we use a padded topper when converted to a bed. Great for our needs at an affordable price.

I really like this Sleeper Chair
I really like this Sleeper Chair. It is a bit hard, so I got a camping type mat (sleeping bag size, 3/4 thick) and that makes it a lot more comfy!

Great for small spaces!
