The height adjustment range is lower and higher than many chairs we considered. This is great because it supports ergo positioning.
Our petite teen finds it very comfortable while I (average built) only find it somewhat comfortable. So size and weight may have something to do with it.
It smelled of moth balls or something as strong. I steamed cleaned it and aired-it-out in the garage. It took nearly 3 months and repeated steaming for the smell to dissipate.
This chair is beautiful! It perfectly matches and amazing high quality blue velvet covered sleigh bed I purchased from Wayfare. I am using this chair at a vanity table, and because of the shape of the back its slides nicely under the table when I am not using it. I noticed a review that said the wheels would not lock into the legs. This is not accurate. The wheels do lock into the supporting legs, but you have to turn and push them at the same time because there is a locking washer that connects the wheels to the legs of the chair. This is important because otherwise every time you moved the chair, you would be in danger of the wheels falling out and you tipping over. This appears to be a very well-made chair. The fabric is very soft to the touch and is a truly gorgeous velvet just like my bed. I am completely pleased with this product and highly recommend it!
Cute hair ever. We purchased for my daughters birthday. It has met and exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy yet still feminine. The accent silver buttons just take the chair to another level, I highly recommend purchasing this chair.
I was hoping this chair would be a mini investment that would last, I could have purchased a higher quality chair at the same or slightly higher price. However, It's been a few months since I started using this chair. It is extremely noisy and not comfortable at all. As a therapist now mostly working virtual, I need absolute silence in order to guide clients through mediations and healing sessions. This chair startles my clients if I move around at all with loud creaking sounds, I weigh 112 and am petite. I would think that this chair would be able to handle my gentle movements as I sit and work at my desk. If I could return this chair and request my money back, I would. It is incredibly frustrating. not worth the aesthetic.
This chair is stunning! I use as a vanity chair. It was easy to assemble. I must say though it does have a strong mothball scent to it that can be overpowering to some. I really hope the smell goes away after a while.
