I love the chair I just got moved into my new home and opened the box and put new wheels on it. These wheels are not going to ruin my new floor. I just noticed the leg stub is crooked. I hope they give me a new one.
So far so good, only had it for two months. It is comfortable, and for the price I think it does a good job delivering on ergonomics. Super easy to put together.
The ignition 2.0 is a very comfy chair with easy adjustment options to dial the chair into your personal comfort level. Assembly was quick and easy when following the video instructions. Best of all this is an American company making their products in the USA. I will look at for all future office furniture needs
This chair is very hard and uncomfortable. After an hours of sitting on it, it feels like I have been sitting on concrete. Not only is the chair hard and uncomfortable, it is very small. I am 5ft 3in and 145lbs and I can barely fit in it. My husband who is 6ft 4in and 225lbs absolutely cannot fit in it. Last night he had to replace the above chair with a dining room chair. This chair is ideal for a child. I am very disappointed with this purchase. The only think good about the chair is the color and material.

Does not come with ring on back
Got this today and it is the same chair except has no ring on the back as advertised. Theres not even a place for the ring. Its just made without it.
