We have had it for 6 months. It still looks good, works for our space well. It looks like a built in and makes our laundry room look fished and functional.
I read alot of bad complaints about this product and I have nothing bad to say really. None of the pieces were damaged or scratched. It did take a while to assemble, which I expected. If you assemble by yourself it could easily take 5-6 hours or 3-4 hours with a partner. Everything aligned well. If it came out crooked for others, it's probably because they didn't take care to align railings/pieces properly. I questioned its sturdiness during assembly, but once complete I'd say it's a pretty sturdy structure. It's also very roomy. I like it alot.
I had been using those fabric canvas type closet units and was getting very frustrated at how long they were lasting....less than a year before they collapsed. I could not afford to buy a huge sturdy dresser/closet unit so I figured I would give this a try. I was slightly apprehensive since it was shipping to Connecticut from California that there would be damage during shipping but it arrived in perfect condition. The weight of the box was a good sign that it was a sturdier option that what I had been using. I have had this unit up for a few weeks and I will say it is perfect for what I need it for. I will say however that the drawers are very difficult to get perfectly angled where the fit in perfectly so they are slightly cockeyed but only really noticeable to someone OCD like me. Two of the screws from the bottom side of the drawers did come out because of the non-perfect angle of the drawer bottom but it so far has not affected the usefullness of the drawer. For the price of this unit I would definitely buy it again.
It's very heavy Box so we had to bring in in piece by piece we follow the rules exactly the directions were easy to read but things didn't go together really well according here holes and things like that kind of lobsided and the drawer doesn't close easy and the doors don't shut Good. I probly won't order another one I'm gonna be looking for something else

Hard to build.
Pain to put together and have everything line up well. But after it was done it was a good product.

Rear panel needs extra reinforcement
Nice cabinet with some problems.
Some parts arrived broken and I had to repair them to assemble the unit. The bottom drawer will not slide in or out without force.
