This was an excellent buy! My 3y.o was ready to get out of her crib finally and into her unicorn bed. Super easy to assemble took me about an hour by myself. Bought with the mattress and waterproof topper and Im super satisfied. Sits low to the ground which is great for my cry sleeper. Even came a day early!
This is a beautiful bed! I absolutely love and adore it. My 6 month old loves and adores it. That being said/ It was HORRIBLE to put together. I didnt believe the reviews, but my fingers were visibly bruised and tingly for days afterwards. I had a drill bit that fit in my high power drill and it couldnt do it, I think youd need a percussion drill in order to make that work, so I just had to do it by hand/ouch. the great bed is super sturdy though (it had better be!) the great bed is not leaving the room for a long time. That being said it was still worth it to me, and I do love it!
It is durable and looks great. However, it was very to put together. By that I mean the screws go about halfway in and then they get extremely hard to turn. It was like that with all of the screws and there are like 30. It took me 3 hours to assemble. Im a single mom and I have arthritis and I was assembling by myself. Other than that my 18 months old loves it. He hated feeling trapped in his crib and he loves being able to get in and out of his bed his self. Its also on the ground which means if he rolls out of bad there will be no harm.
The real product is more like the dusty pink, not the baby pink as shown in the picture. The rhinestones on the headboard are more like shirt buttons. The height is much lower than expected. There are gaps on the sides when mattress is placed (or maybe the mattress is smaller than the great bed frame). I think it is over/priced, but my daughter loves it.
This was exactly what I was looking for in my sons room.
Assembly / you need a bit of muscle to get the screws in (some harder then others) but other then that it was very easy to put together.
